The mercury server has been moved to a new location. The new server IP is 76.73.88.106. All accounts have been moved completely. The host for FTP is the same if you are using a domain name - ftp.yourdomain.com or ftp.mercury.com. If you use IP based FTP, use 76.73.88.106 as the host.
